THE ROMANS ROAD

(For Christian Witnessing)

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 5:6  For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
John 3:16  For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Plan Of Salvation

Since the beginning, men and women have been plagued with a great epidemic called “SIN.”

What Is Sin?

Sin is disobeying God. Disobedience results in separation from God. This often leads to loneliness, frustration with life and lack of purpose for living. The separation between you and God is called spiritual death.

  1. “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)
  2. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)

God Loves You! He Offers You A Full And Meaningful Life!

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

God’s Plan Of Salvation

  1. Admit you have disobeyed God.  “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (John 1:9)
  2. Turn from your sins and ask for God’s forgiveness.  “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (Romans 10:9)  “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)

If you want to receive Christ and be saved, you can pray this prayer; but remember that becoming a Christian is truly receiving Jesus Christ in your heart, not just saying words.

Dear Lord, I know I have done wrong and need forgiveness. Thank You for dying for my sins and for offering me eternal life. Please forgive my sins and help me to turn from them. I now confess you as my Lord and receive you as my Savior. Take control of my life and make it full and meaningful, in Jesus name. Amen.

At your invitation Jesus Christ will come into your life.
If you are without a church home, we would like to invite you to come and join us.
